Not because you have time to spare using your phone, it means you should do it.

Learning meaningful subjects benefits you in the near and distant future. Moreover, it can even be a fun activity, even though people deem studying as something not interesting.

When you want to study something by heart, you enjoy the hours you spend reading and practicing. So studying can be fun in the short term.

Additionally, a well-nurtured mind becomes more creative in the long term. Hence, the person develops greater confidence and security in him or herself about facing solitude.

5. Don’t compare with others

A person’s social life does not define their worth. So avoid the trap of thinking someone else is better or happier just because they hang out with lots of people.

If that life makes them happy, you don’t know. Sometimes they just smile at the cameras. There are thousands of stories of fake friends who end up stealing their colleagues’ girlfriends and so on.

Even if that’s not the case, maybe it’s just the way that things work for you and your acquaintances. You can always work on being more social and learn how to enjoy being alone.
